After confirming that POI device(s) originate from a trusted location, you have to confirm POI packaging was not tampered with:
Does the package show any sign of damage?
Does the sealed box or sealed package show any broken or damaged security seals?
Does the Delivery Note send with the package match with the Delivery Note sent by email?
Does the Delivery Note match the package?
Control if seal on packages sent from the secure location have not been tampered with based on examples shared on the image:
Eltronic: global package is sealed with the security seal sticker
Lien: each terminal's box is sealed with the security seal sticker
If the package shows any sign it has been tampered with or if the delivery note does not match the package, immediately inform Market Pay (mpg_support@market-pay.com) and do not install the POI device.
