Get started

  1. Inspect the terminal (see below).

  2. Turn on the terminal, let the terminal charge if battery is below 30%.

  3. Scroll down the status bar and hold down the wifi logo

    1. Select a Wi-Fi network from the list.

    2. Enter the Wi-Fi password. The terminal sets the network as default automatically, and connects to it.

  4. Open Pay On Site application and click on Activation.

  5. Confirm your store and location, and you are ready to accept your first payments (see Manual activation).

Inspect the device

  1. Check that the box containing the terminal(s) was not tampered with.

  2. Verify that the serial number (S/N) on the box is the same as on the terminal

  3. Check whether there is tampered message on the display after power up.

  4. Check for missing or damaged screws, incorrect or redundant keyboard overlays, suspicious objects inserted or around card reader and magstripe or additional wires.

If you detect anything suspicious, contact our customer support team immediately (support_commercant_mpt@market-pay.com) and isolate the terminal. It must not be used.

Insert the receipt paper roll

  1. Pull up the cover of the paper roll compartment.

  2. Insert the paper roll making sure the paper sticks out a bit.

  3. Close the cover of the paper roll compartment.
