Market Pay Hub
🚀 New features
Administration page in Market Pay Hub
As the Hub is soon to become the place where Retailers and Distributors onboard and manage their new merchants, we introduce a new view dedicated to the Administration of merchants.
The Administration page allows users to view the list of Accounts, Companies, and Stores in their perimeters together with all the information we have about these entities.
This view also makes it easy to restrict the view by filtering by Country, Distributor, Status, or KYC status.
Users also have an option to export a list of Accounts, Companies, and Stores.

Spring
🚀 New features
Spring CRM integrated with SevenData
Spring CRM is now integrated with SevenData for automatic collection of KYC information required during onboarding of Italian merchants. This integration will ease the onboarding and secure the collection of updated information.
Automatic info sharing with providers of meal vouchers
When a new Conecs contract for In Person (HardPOS & SoftPOS) is added during the provisioning of a merchant, Spring CRM automatically (once a day) sends the information to the providers of meal vouchers (Edenred, Pluxee, etc.) so that they could enable cards which are not Conecs co-branded. This automation is enabled only where Market Pay is the acquirer.
Multiple SoftPOS users for a store/merchant
Partners using Community and COSS on Spring are now able to create multiple SoftPOS users for a store or merchant. A new ‘SoftPOS Access’ button list is introduced allowing to create users at the Company (Merchant) or CheckoutType (Store) level (users must be created before submitting the provisioning request for non-SSO accounts). The old ‘Email Paywish Admin’ field is disabled at the CheckoutType level in Spring.
Pay On Site & Nepting solutions on one account
Distributors are now able to onboard new merchants using both Pay On Site and Nepting solutions on the same account.
Subscribe to GNS notifications in Spring CRM
Subscriptions to notifications from the Global Notification System (GNS) can now be managed directly in Spring CRM. Clients can subscribe to notifications at account, company, and store levels. To leverage GNS in Spring CRM, please contact your Customer Success Manager.
🌟 Improvements
Mandatory business activity code
To improve the KYC process, the business activity code of merchants is now mandatory during onboarding. Lists of codes provided for selection are country-specific. This requirement is applicable only where Market Pay is the acquirer.
