Application deactivation

If you want to reset your application, you can Logout of the application with the following steps:

  1. Open "Pay On Site" application

  2. Go into "Settings"

  3. Click on "My Account"

  4. Click on "Logout"

    1. If Logout is successful, it will print a successful receipt

    2. If Logout is unsuccessful, acknowledge the error message displayed

      1. Offline transactions stored in terminal: if offline transactions are stored in terminal, it’s not possible to logout to keep these transactions and send them online first; If issue persists, raise a request to customer support.

      2. Internet connection issue: if your terminal is not connected to internet, it will not logout successfully.
