Application deactivation
If you want to reset your application, you can Logout of the application with the following steps:
Open "Pay On Site" application
Go into "Settings"
Click on "My Account"
Click on "Logout"
If Logout is successful, it will print a successful receipt
If Logout is unsuccessful, acknowledge the error message displayed
Offline transactions stored in terminal: if offline transactions are stored in terminal, it’s not possible to logout to keep these transactions and send them online first; If issue persists, raise a request to customer support.
Internet connection issue: if your terminal is not connected to internet, it will not logout successfully.
