Printing malfunction

When you have issues with receipt printing from terminal, you can follow these steps:

  1. Ensure your terminal has minimum 20% of Battery.

  2. Run a Diagnostic.

  3. If the receipt being printed is not correct, follow Inspect the terminal instructions.

If the receipt has pink stripes, the roll is almost out of paper. Replace the receipt roll.

Inspect the terminal

  1. Open the receipt roll cover.

  2. Remove any dust and scraps of paper.

  3. Check for physical structures that could block the receipt roll in any way.

  4. Check if there are any loose or broken parts.

  5. If you are using a third-party receipt roll, replace it with a receipt roll provided by your terminal vendor.

If this does not solve the problem, you need to return or replace the terminal.

Some paper rolls are not adapted to payment terminals. Ensure to get supply from a specialist (example: codexim).
