The terminal does not charge correctly or does not charge at all.
Solution 1: Proper charging of the terminal
Ensure the terminal is charged for a minimum of 30 minutes before use.
If it doesn't charge, try to use a different charger.
We recommend to let the terminal charge overnight.
Solution 2: Remove the battery (if applicable)
Open the battery cover on the terminal's back.
Remove the battery and check for dust or debris on the connectors.
Reinsert the battery and try to re-start the terminal.
If issues persist, test another charger or consider replacing the terminal.
If you have have at least two devices, try to exchange batteries, to confirm if issue is related to the battery or to the terminal itself.
